We assess your current level free of charge. We identify your strengths and the areas to develop, and map out a route for you.

Çok memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Öğretmenim beklemediğim kadar samimi ve anlayışlıydı. Özellikle ilgili olduğum birçok konuda çok hoş sohbetler ettik. Derslerin sonunda konuşmada daha özgüvenli olduğumu fark ettim. Bu süreç İngilizce çalışmada ve konuşmada motivasyonumu arttırdı kesinlikle.

What is the difference between a discovery lesson and a consultation?
The discovery lesson is a one-to-one lesson of around 30 minutes with a teacher that gives a general picture of your level, your speaking skills and what you need from a course. Depending on the programme it may be paid, and our advisor will tell you the fee; it is not the same as the online level test, which is free. The consultation is different: it is a planning conversation that goes into more detail on lesson formats, choosing a programme, your goals, suitable times and how enrolment works.
What is a discovery lesson?
A discovery lesson is a one-to-one lesson of about 30 minutes with a teacher before you start, where we look at your level, goals and needs. Depending on the programme it may be paid, and our advisor will tell you the fee. It is not the same as the online level test, which is free.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
If you tell us in advance that you cannot attend, one-to-one lessons offer more flexible options for making the lesson up. Group lessons cannot be made up.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or EFT. We draw up your instalment plan together when you enrol; each instalment’s payment window appears on the Payments page of your panel, where you also report your transfer with its receipt.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you pay in instalments and stop attending, the full remaining amount is still due.
