What is the difference between a discovery lesson and a consultation?
A discovery lesson is a short introduction of about 30 minutes, run as a demo lesson, in which we get a general sense of the student's level, speaking skills and learning needs. A consultation goes into more detail: it is a planning conversation about lesson format, choice of programme, goals, suitable times and how to enrol.

What happens if I miss a lesson?
If you tell us in advance that you cannot attend, one-to-one lessons offer more flexible options for making the lesson up. Group lessons cannot be made up.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or EFT, and instalment options are available. Get in touch for pricing and package details.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you are paying in instalments and stop attending, the remaining instalments are still due.
