A discovery lesson is a one-to-one lesson of about 30 minutes with a teacher before you start, where we look at your level, goals and needs. Depending on the programme it may be paid, and our advisor will tell you the fee. It is not the same as the online level test, which is free.

The consultation is different: it is a planning conversation that goes into more detail on lesson formats, choosing a programme, your goals, suitable times and how enrolment works.

Once you have pre-registered we work out your level, talk through your goals and suggest the programme that suits you. Your lesson plan is then drawn up and you begin.

Lessons are held on Google Meet.

Yes. Feeling comfortable comes first, and suitable programmes may offer the option of joining with your camera off.

Lesson length varies with the type of programme. We share the exact details for your programme when you enrol.

If you tell us in advance that you cannot attend, one-to-one lessons offer more flexible options for making the lesson up. Group lessons cannot be made up.

We offer programmes in English, Arabic, German and French; for a language that is not on the list, message us on WhatsApp.

Your enrolment is confirmed once your level has been assessed and the right programme chosen.

You can pay by bank transfer or EFT, and instalment options are available. Get in touch for pricing and package details.

Payment details depend on the programme you choose. For the clearest answer, pre-register or get in touch on WhatsApp.

If you pay in instalments and stop attending, the full remaining amount is still due.

The materials for your programme are shared online, and your teacher takes you through them following the curriculum.

Yes. We track your progress regularly and give you feedback and guidance whenever you need it.

Yes. An initial assessment establishes your level and points you to the programme that fits it.
